Quick garlic mayo dip
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Delish Real Mayonnaise
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of black pepper
- Chopped coriander (optional)
Method
- Grate the garlic into a small bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper, then mix until smooth.
- Leave it for 10 minutes so the garlic flavour can develop.
- Serve with fries, nuggets, grilled chicken or as a sandwich spread.
