Sticky ketchup glaze
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Delish Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- A pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Method
- Add everything to a small pan and stir together.
- Simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thick.
- Toss with hot chicken wings, nuggets or roast potatoes.
- Serve straight away while it's sticky and warm.
